1. Eligibility for Returns

• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods

3. Refund Process

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
